Welcome to SnipForge. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.SnipForge is a community-driven platform for sharing modifications, themes, translations, and snippets for existing FiveM scripts.

2. User Content and Conduct

You retain all rights and ownership to the content you upload to SnipForge. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, modify, and publicly display the content on our platform.

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Contains malware, backdoors, or malicious code.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (including uploading full, unmodified paid scripts).
• Violates the Terms of Service of FiveM/Cfx.re.
• Is offensive, discriminatory, or violates our Community Guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

SnipForge respects the intellectual property rights of developers. We STRICTLY PROHIBIT the distribution of complete, paid original scripts without explicit authorization. The platform is designed for community addons (translations, UI themes, configs) that REQUIRE the user to possess the original script.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please refer to our DMCA Policy and use the Copyright Report form.

4. Moderation

All uploaded content is subject to automated and manual security reviews. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

SnipForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damage to your server, computer, or data resulting from the use of content downloaded from our platform.
